Overview of Law Programs
LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, and LLM are all popular academic paths for those interested in pursuing a career in
law. Whether you have just completed your Class 12th exams or are a graduate looking to specialize in
law, these programs offer a comprehensive and integrated approach to legal education.
For students who have scored 50% marks in their Class 12th exams, pursuing a BA LLB or BBA LLB degree is
a viable option. These programs typically span across five years and provide students with a dual degree
in law and their chosen field of study. This integrated approach allows students to gain a deep
understanding of both legal principles and the specific industry they wish to specialize in, be it
business or arts.
However, if you have already completed your graduation in a non-law field and wish to pursue law further,
there are options available for you as well. Pursuing an LLB after graduation is a popular choice. LLB
is a three-year program that delves deeper into legal studies and prepares students for a career in law.
For those who have completed their LLB or BA LLB and are looking to specialize further, the LLM program
is the ideal choice. LLM stands for Master of Laws and offers students the opportunity to focus on
specific areas of law such as constitutional law, corporate law, criminal law, intellectual property
law, and more. This program allows individuals to gain expertise in their chosen field and opens up even
more career opportunities in the legal profession.
